We would like to welcome our new Unit Manager – Paschalis. He will be in charge of our Nest at Gammel Strand.
Paschalis has over a decade of experience in service industry and over 2 years of experience of work as a bartender. The Bird will be now his playground where he will use his professional and social skills to make sure that every guest gets a proper Bird experience.
